Although diversity, inclusion, and equality laws and initiatives are widespread, many individuals still fall through the gap because of unconscious bias and intersectional differences, the intricate interplay of factors contributing to discrimination and privilege.
We believe the foundation of a true inclusive society lies in valuing each individual as an equal contributor, encouraging a sense of respect and belonging that results in active participation from all members.
